5 week goal
From now til Memorial Day, I would LOVE to lose 15 lbs. Now, how am I going to do this...I am going to drink up most of my stockpiling HMR shakes...more is better! And increase my cardio to at least 400 cals burned per workout. 199 HERE I COME. 35 days! I can do this!
