September Goals

Confession....I did NOT hit my diet bet goal! There is no one to blame but myself. I basically maintained. I will be weighing in officially tomorrow. No reason to sulk and cry LOL all I can do is better prepare myself for my next goals. So I am definitely participating in
Here's the low down...
  • Making goals for the month
  • Working out 28 out of 30 days for the month 
  • Eating right 
  • Supporting others trying to do the same! 
I will be returning from a Norcal, Monday Sept. 1st = 8 hour car ride :( I plan to start my Jillian Michael 30 day shred that night & grocery shop Tuesday morning! Please visit Ash for more info and motivation!!
