Confession....I did NOT hit my diet bet goal! There is no one to blame but myself. I basically maintained. I will be weighing in officially tomorrow. No reason to sulk and cry LOL all I can do is better prepare myself for my next goals. So I am definitely participating in

- Working out 28 out of 30 days for the month
- Eating right
- Supporting others trying to do the same!
